污泥干化系统
经我公司研发,运用“污泥无热干化高压破壁脱水装备+空气能节能型低温烘干装备”,经压滤破壁脱水低温烘干使污泥成型颗粒含水率小于20%;污泥含水率小于20%以下低位热值达到2200-3500Kcal/kg以上(由污泥有机质高低决定),因此含水率小于20%以内的污泥颗粒可以进入生物质锅炉燃烧,也可以掺混小于20%以内污泥颗粒进入循环流化床锅炉燃烧。
